Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an HR Administrator/Coordinator in Dubai to support recruitment, document verification, records management, visa handling, onboarding, and payroll support. The role requires 1–3 years of UAE experience, fluency in English and Arabic, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational and confidentiality, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR Admin or coordination experience in UAE.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Verify employee documents for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain and organize confidential employee records.
• Manage employee visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Maintain accurate records of visa and immigration status.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and HR system data entry.
• Assist with payroll administration by verifying timesheets, leave records, and resignations.
• Manage employee offboarding and clearance procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
