Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Dubai is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join on-site and support a global financial technology environment. You will work directly with client teams, handling day-to-day technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in on-site technical support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, and a client-facing, highly organized approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in on-site technical support, ideally within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-facing approach with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and act as a key technical contact for the client.
• Monitor systems and infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Carry out software updates, maintenance and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate to specialist teams as needed.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and proactively address technical requirements.
• Support system enhancements and upgrades through testing and validation.
