Job summary

Al Saifi Building Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Technical Document Controller / Junior Technical Engineer for a full-time role on an active construction site. You will manage documents, revise drawings in AutoCAD, and prepare professional correspondence while supporting the project team with timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a civil/architectural background, UAE site experience, strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related construction field.
• UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Experience as Document Controller or Technical Engineer.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Ability to draft professional emails and project correspondence.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Filipino language fluency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing project documents, correspondence, transmittals and document-control logs.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statements, WIRs, MIRs, and NCRs.
• Draft emails, RFIs, letters and technical correspondence.
• Prepare revised drawings and drawings in AutoCAD and coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports and meeting minutes.
