Job summary

Khansaheb Civil Engineering seeks fast, highly organized Document Controllers to manage site paperwork in Dubai. You will track drawings, update system logs and ensure no files are lost during the project.

Responsibilities include uploading daily drawings and RFIs with Aconex, scanning inspection papers, and maintaining Excel logs for instant PM access. You will also purge outdated drawings to avoid costly mistakes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with formal training in Aconex or Procore software.
• At least 3 years of document control on active UAE construction sites.
• Must have transferable residency visa and pass a live typing and software test.

Responsibilities

• Upload and track daily technical drawings and RFIs using Aconex cloud.
• Scan, copy, and file stamped inspection papers from Dubai Municipality and site consultants.
• Maintain clear Excel logs for quick project lookup of documents.

Khansaheb Civil Engineering is seeking fast and highly organized Document Controllers to manage site paperwork in Dubai. You will track engineering drawings, update system logs, and ensure no files are lost during the project.

Core Responsibilities

• Upload and track all daily technical drawings and RFIs using the Aconex cloud software.
• Scan, copy, and file stamped inspection papers received from the Dubai Municipality and site consultants.
• Maintain clear Excel logs so the project manager can instantly find any missing commercial document.
• Ensure all outdated drawing versions are removed from the site team to avoid expensive building mistakes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree backed by official training in Aconex or Procore software.
• Experience: At least 3 years of document control experience on active UAE construction sites.
• Papers: Must have a transferable residency visa and be able to pass a live typing and software test.
