Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a proactive Project Engineer Civil to manage site operations in the UAE from drawing approvals through handover. You will lead day-to-day site execution, coordinate with clients and consultants, and handle material procurement and subcontractor management.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, UAE-based site experience, and strong English communication. Valid UAE driving license preferred; health and labor-law compliant benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum UAE-based site management experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for client discussions.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site execution, manpower allocation, resource planning, and quality control.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and consultants, resolve design clashes using AutoCAD.
• Source brand suppliers, negotiate prices for materials, and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Prepare BOQs, track material delivery schedules, and forecast project costs.
• Hire site resources and act as the main focal point for all stakeholders.

WE RE HIRING Project Engineer Civil Engineering We are looking for a sharp proactive and commercially minded Civil Site Manager to lead our site operations in the UAE If you thrive in a fast-paced environment can resolve complex technical clashes on the spot and know how to drive a project from drawing approvals to final handover we want to hear from you

What You ll Do

• Site Leadership Oversee day-to-day site execution, manpower allocation, resource planning, and quality control
• Technical Client Coordination Lead technical discussions with clients consultants, resolve design clashes using AutoCAD, and handle site issue resolution
• Procurement Negotiation Source brand suppliers, negotiate best prices for materials, and manage subcontractor agreements
• Performance Submittals Approvals Manage material technical submittals and shop drawing approvals through client consultant sign-offs
• Project Controls Create BOQs, track material delivery schedules, manage baseline project plans, and forecast cost cash flow
• Hiring Stakeholder Management Hire site resources and act as the main focal point for all project stakeholders

What We re Looking For

• Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
• Location Currently based in the UAE
• Language Fluent in English strong communication skills for high-level client discussions
• Licensing Valid UAE Driving License is required
• Software Functional knowledge of AutoCAD, clash detection, drawing reviews
• Experience Proven site management track record in the UAE with strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills
