Job summary

MENA Consultant in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support major industrial projects on-site. You will manage project documentation, ensure proper numbering and revisions, and coordinate with EPC contractors and clients.

The role requires 3–7 years of UAE document control experience and strong English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is essential, with an emphasis on accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of document control experience in the UAE.
• Experience supporting oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or electrical projects.
• Good understanding of document numbering, revision control, and submission/approval processes.
• Experience maintaining comprehensive project records.
• Experience compiling final project documentation and dossiers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate document registers, transmittals, drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence.
• Control document numbering, revisions, distribution, submission, and approval processes.
• Ensure project documents are accurately recorded, organized, updated, and readily retrievable.
• Track document submissions, approvals, revisions, and outstanding documentation.
• Coordinate project documentation with end clients, EPC contractors, international principals, and other relevant project stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and accurate project records in applicable document management systems.
• Support the compilation and organization of final project documentation and dossiers.
• Ensure document control activities are carried out consistently throughout the project.
