Job summary

Holland Advisors in Dubai seeks an Associate General Manager / General Manager - Product - Omnichannel to own end-to-end omnichannel fulfilment in-store, coordinating pick, pack, dispatch, collect and returns with the E-commerce Product team.

You will lead cross-functional squads, shape the product backlog, and drive data-led improvements across Power BI dashboards and data sources, while communicating product vision to CEOs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail experience across stores and central office.
• Proven track record delivering tech initiatives that grow sales and enhance customer experience.
• Exceptional communication with CEOs, CDOs and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with end-to-end ownership.
• AI-forward mindset with ability to build prototypes and deploy agents to automate workflows.
• Strong data literacy across platforms (Power BI, dashboards, data sources, APIs).
• Collaborative leadership, aligning stakeholders across multiple teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end omnichannel fulfilment process in-store, coordinating pick, pack, dispatch, collect and returns.
• Spearhead customer-facing improvement initiatives to enhance in-store collection and reduce queues.
• Identify and close process gaps in omnichannel workflows and implement fixes swiftly.
• Serve as SME on omnichannel in-store, guiding stakeholders and shaping the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with salesfloor teams, product managers, data teams, engineering, QA and architects.
• Define, prioritise and maintain an ambitious omnichannel product backlog aligned with business value.
• Champion a data-led culture using Power BI and data sources to measure performance and drive improvements.
