Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

• Experience in digital commerce, retail technology or omnichannel projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end omnichannel delivery initiatives across Digital Commerce, Retail Tech, CRM, Loyalty, OMS, SAP and APIs.
• Coordinate across multiple platforms and teams to ensure aligned requirements and smooth deployments.
• Define business requirements, map processes and validate technical feasibility.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live readiness and post-launch operations.
• Identify risks, dependencies and drive continuous improvement in the omnichannel ecosystem.
