Job summary

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking a performance marketing and SEO lead in the UAE to drive omnichannel growth for both retail stores and e-commerce. You will own demand generation, conversion, and retention strategies, optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

The role requires 2–4 years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years in performance marketing, SEO or e-commerce.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficient in analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
• Lead SEO and content optimization across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor site health, performance, and CRO initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
