Job summary

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking an E-commerce Merchandiser to join the Omni team in Dubai. You will own on-site merchandising, product setup, and promotions, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience across ABM’s brand websites.

You will manage listings on Shopify Plus, optimize categories, and coordinate with marketing, logistics and IT to drive online sales and conversions. 2–4 years in e-commerce merchandising is preferred, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce merchandising.
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus; knowledge of Magento or WooCommerce is a plus.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Merchandise category pages and collections based on sales, stock depth and seasonality.
Manage homepage banners, landing pages and promotional content.
Configure search, discovery and recommendation tools to support merchandising goals.
Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, imagery and attributes (Shopify Plus).
Coordinate promotions, discounts and campaigns with marketing.
Monitor stock availability and flag risks with merchandising actions.
Analyze performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports to inform range decisions.
Collaborate with buyers, logistics, IT and marketing to execute plans.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
