Job summary

RIMOWA, based in Dubai, invites experienced professionals to join as Omnichannel Operations Senior Executive. You will oversee store standards, coordinate with franchise partners, and manage end-to-end regional e-commerce operations.

We seek candidates with luxury retail experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to travel across the region. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver exceptional client

• Strong understanding of omnichannel order flows and related dependencies.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience in MS Excel and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across all directly operated stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines on processes, tools, and client experience.
• Act as the primary operational contact for store managers on escalations, SOP implementation, and process improvement.
• Coordinate on escalated operational cases with Finance, Logistics and CSC for timely resolution.
• Own end-to-end operational workflow for regional e-commerce: orders, returns, credits, fulfillment tracking.
• Monitor KPIs across channels and propose corrective actions or lead improvement initiatives.

OMNICHANNEL OPERATIONS SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Your mission

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across all directly operated stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines on processes, tools, and client experience.
• Act as the primary operational contact for store managers on escalations, SOP implementation, and process improvement.
• Act as the regional operational interface for all franchise and JV partners across the Middle East, India, and new markets, conducting regular audits and onboarding new partners.
• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for the regional e-commerce channel: order processing, returns, credit notes, and fulfillment tracking.
• Master the Omnichannel Order Flow and its interdependencies with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to continuously improve the client experience.
• Support boutique openings, renovations, and regional events from an operational readiness standpoint.
• Monitor operational KPIs across channels, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions or lead improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate on escalated operational cases—such as chargebacks, DPD claims, and fraud—working closely with Finance, Logistics, and CSC for timely resolution.

Profile

Your Experience And Skills

• Proven experience in retail and/or e-commerce operations, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel order flows and their interdependencies with merchandising, supply chain, and customer service.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong mastery of MS Excel and digital tools; experience with order management / ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to lead rollouts and initiatives across multiple markets.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable managing external franchise partners and service providers.
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.
