Job summary

RIMOWA, the luxury luggage brand within the LVMH Group, is seeking an Omnichannel Operations Senior Executive based in Dubai to lead day-to-day operations across stores and the regional e-commerce channel, ensuring adherence to global standards and seamless client experiences.

You will partner with franchise and JV partners in the Middle East, India, and new markets, drive process improvements, manage escalations with Finance and Logistics, and travel regionally as required to support store

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail and/or e-commerce operations, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel order flows and their interdependencies with merchandising, supply chain, and customer service.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong mastery of MS Excel and digital tools; experience with order management / ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to lead rollouts and initiatives across multiple markets.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable managing external franchise partners and service providers.
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across all directly operated stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines on processes, tools, and client experience.
• Act as the primary operational contact for store managers on escalations, SOP implementation, and process improvement.
• Act as the regional operational interface for all franchise and JV partners across the Middle East, India, and new markets, conducting regular audits and onboarding new partners.
• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for the regional e-commerce channel: order processing, returns, credit notes, and fulfillment tracking.
• Master the Omnichannel Order Flow and its interdependencies with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to continuously improve the client experience.
• Support boutique openings, renovations, and regional events from an operational readiness standpoint.
• Monitor operational KPIs across channels, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions or lead improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate on escalated operational cases—such as chargebacks, DPD claims, and fraud—working closely with Finance, Logistics, and CSC for timely resolution.
