Job summary

Richemont Dubai FZE, home to IWC, seeks a Senior Operations Executive to drive stock, sales planning and distribution excellence. You will optimize stock levels, support boutiques and partners, and deliver actionable analytics to boost market performance.

Reporting to the IWC Regional Head of Operations, you will be the key user for SAP/Booster, manage stock replenishment, orders, returns, and audits, and contribute to quarterly business reviews with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in sales operations or similar role.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient IT skills with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stock operations: monitor stock, manage replenishment, orders, returns and transfers in SAP.
• Network support: manage requests from boutiques and partners, provide updates and assistance.
• Analytics and forecasting: create dashboards and support weekly sales forecasting.
• Systems governance: be SAP/Booster key user, test releases and ensure process compliance.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Reporting to the IWC Regional Head of Operations, the Senior Operations Executive will play a vital role in our organization by driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless sales planning and distribution process. You will be instrumental in optimizing stock management, providing critical support to our boutiques and partners, and delivering insightful business analytics. Your proactive approach, problem‑solving skills and dedication to service will directly contribute to our market performance and the overall success of our Maison.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandising & Stock operation management (40%)

• Be the key user for all Sales Operations related tasks
• Monitor daily sales and proactively manage stock replenishment
• Manage orders, returns, transfers and dispatch in SAP, in coordination with regional and HQ teams
• Manage consignment stock
• Implement and monitor model stocks
• Handle requests for all products (straps, warranty cards, repairs, including spare parts)
• Coordinate with Supply, Logistics, Finance and regional platforms
• Problem solver for all operational challenges
• Deal with all enquiries in an efficient and service-oriented manner (prices, availability, deliveries, complaints, etc.)
• Ensure and manage proper understanding and execution of Maison Consignment policies and procedures and assist with bi-annual audits.

Network Support & Relationship Management (40%)

• Be the point of entry for requests of internal boutiques, area managers and wholesale partners
• Manage requests related to product availability, pricing, deliveries and complaints
• Provide shipment and order updates
• Assist on SAP/Booster Opening / Closings of POS and event locations (opening stock order planning, SAP set-up, master data maintenance)
• PO Creation and follow-up for Capex and invoices
• Ensure warranty activation follow-up in Booster Support retail and wholesale during events and operational needs

Business Analytics & Forecasting (10%)

• Be of support to understand the performance of the market
• Updated and create dashboards to monitor market performance
• Conduct product and boutique performance analysis
• Support management during business reviews and weekly sales forecast

SYSTEMS & PROCESS GOVERNANCE - SAP / Booster (10%)

• Ensure business processes are properly understood and executed in full compliance
• Act as key user for SAP and Booster systems
• Test SAP/Booster releases and pilots
• Ensure business processes are properly executed and understood

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in sales operations or similar role
• Fluency in English
• Proficient in IT with advanced skills in Microsoft 365
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a major plus
