Job summary

Burckhardt Compression in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Workshop Admin to support logistics, repair scheduling, and procurement for workshop operations. The role requires 3–5 years of admin experience in oil & gas or industrial markets and experience with quality systems.

You will handle data entry, proposals, invoicing, cost estimates, and coordinate with sales, finance, EOHS, and operations to ensure smooth workshop activity. A proactive communicator with strong IT skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant admin experience in workshop/industrial sectors.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales Engineers for communication with end users and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Finance for payments and invoicing tasks.
• Handle EOHS Safety & Security procedures and paperwork.
• Prepare cost estimations and commercial proposals.
• Assist in preparation of sales agreements and contracts.
• Forecast weekly and monthly order intake and revenue.
• Manage logistics, repairs, and data entry for workshop operations.
