Job summary

Burckhardt Compression AG in Dubai seeks an experienced Workshop Admin to coordinate logistics, repair schedules, and workshop documentation in the Oil & Gas Industrial Market. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant administration experience and a Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.

You will handle data entry, invoicing, proposals, cost estimates, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with EOHS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in administration or workshop admin roles.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, repair schedules and workshop paperwork.
• Handle data entry, invoicing, proposals and order acknowledgements.
• Prepare cost estimates and commercial proposals.
• Liaise with sales, finance and safety officers to support operations.
• Forecast weekly and monthly order intake and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and EOHS policies.
• Expand customer base and support contract negotiations.
