Job summary

Burckhardt Compression AG. is seeking a Project Manager – Dubai, UAE to lead the execution of reciprocating compressor projects in the Middle East. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field teams to meet contracts, schedules, and quality targets.

The role demands strong leadership, international stakeholder management, and travel up to 30%. A mechanical engineering background with 3+ years in a similar role is essential, with MBA/PMP as a plus and English proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or process engineering or similar required.
MBA or PMP certification would be an advantage.
Business fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete execution of reciprocating compressor package projects from order intake to final handover to the client.
Ensure delivery in line with contracts, specs, schedules, quality, and financial targets.
Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout execution.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across countries and time zones.
