Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee EPC activities, coordinating end users, third party contractors and the Projects Division in Abu Dhabi. You will organize resources, follow up on materials, and ensure timely project completion while reporting data through SAP-based systems.

The role requires a minimum Diploma or relevant degree, 5 years in oil/gas or maritime/logistics, and ERP experience such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or preferably relevant degree.
• 5 years of experience in the same or similar job, including at least 3 years in the oil and gas, or maritime / shipping logistics
• Experience in ERP system such as SAP
• Familiar with maintaining work order preparation, technical and commercial evaluation, bids and awards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between end users, third party contractors and Projects Division.
• Organize resources required for executing planned activities and follow up on materials to ensure timely completion of EPC projects.
• Update data & report from Plant Maintenance and Project System Module.
• Associates in the preliminary scheduling of major projects in coordination with Planning Engineers and Project Managers.
• Monitor third party works and report to the Project Manager.
