Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Expediting Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage procurement packages for ADNOC and Iraq Oil & Gas projects. You will monitor purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, QA/QC, engineering, and logistics, and prepare timely expediting reports.

Strong MS Excel and ERP system familiarity are required, with English fluency; UAE residency is preferred to support on-site operations in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oil & Gas expediting, procurement and vendor follow-up.
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and expediting purchase orders from placement through final delivery.
• Follow up with vendors on engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain expediting and vendor status reports and trackers.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Project Management and Logistics teams.
