Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned professional to lead Contracts Planning, Administration and related functions in procurement and contract management across oil & gas projects. You will develop SORs, review end‑user needs, and ensure timely deployment of the annual procurement plan, while ensuring value for money.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement/contract management, BIMCO templates knowledge, and professional certifications such as CIPS/RICS/PMI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in procurement, contracts management and contract administration.
• BIMCO templates knowledge is required.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, RICS or PMI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of Statements of Requirements to assess technical adequacy of project scopes.
• Review and oversee the Annual Procurement Plan and contracting strategy for timely implementation.
• Lead contract amendments, variations, and claims in coordination with Finance and Legal.
• Lead implementation of approved department policies, systems, and internal controls.
• Review organisation structure to optimise human capital and ensure sustainability in practices.
