Worley is seeking an experienced Construction Senior Supervisor for an offshore and onshore Petrochemical/Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires oversight of EPC contractor activities, construction planning, and site coordination to ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, managing interfaces between EPC contractors and vendors, and ensuring timely handover of project documentation while maintaining quality

Formación

• Minimum: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute.
• Offshore experience (island, barge, platform, complex, etc.) is mandatory in GCC.
• Ten or more years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries with GCC exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of a multi-discipline team and supervise site construction.
• Identify bottlenecks and take proactive actions to keep construction progress on track.
• Coordinate interfaces between EPC Contractors and provide clarifications on resolutions.
• Review mechanical completion and pre-commissioning documentation for proper handover.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE and quality standards across all project phases.
