Job summary

AimGulf in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Contract Administrator to kickstart or grow a career in offshore operations. You will support complex bids, ensure compliant sales processes, and collaborate with engineering, sales and backend teams on a range of large-scale projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication, with a focus on organization and timely delivery of documentation and post-order activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inquiry-to-Order process for Large Projects & Offshore customers.
• Prepare and coordinate project bids and quotations.
• Manage bid and proposal documentation through the bid lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and Hilti standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and backend teams.
• Support post-bid clarifications and revisions.
• Contribute to contracting process improvements.
• Process POs and coordinate with factories & customers for post-order delivery tracking.
