Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Tender Manager to support offshore construction and subsea services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will own end-to-end tender lifecycle from opportunity assessment to submission and handover, coordinating with engineering, operations, procurement and commercial teams.

The role requires 7+ years of tendering or commercial bid experience in offshore/oil & gas contexts, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business. ADNOC exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of tendering, proposals or commercial experience in offshore construction or EPC environments.
• Strong understanding of offshore project execution and cost drivers.
• Experience preparing proposals for offshore operators, EPCs or energy clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tender processes for offshore construction and subsea opportunities.
• Review ITTs, scope docs, and commercial requirements to craft bid strategies.
• Coordinate internal inputs and ensure timely, high‑quality proposals.
• Manage bid clarifications, client queries, and tender revisions throughout bidding.
