Fugro in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for the Middle East & India to manage contractual terms from award through close-out on EPC projects. The role demands rigorous attention to compliance, risk mitigation, and coordination with Legal and project teams.

You will draft and respond to client communications, monitor variations, and support claims and settlement processes. Offshore project experience is a plus; a Construction-related degree with legal training is

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a Construction related degree with post grad legal training.
• 4-5 Years minimum of Projects experience with EPC companies.
• Offshore Project experience would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the administration of the contractual terms and conditions from contract award through close-out.
• Oversee performance and implementation of contract obligations to minimize contractual risk for small and medium scale projects.
• Serve as point of contact with Legal and stakeholders to monitor contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to draft/respond to client correspondence and notices.
• Coordinate with project managers to address contractual issues/risks related to cost/time variations.
• Support in project-claim related matters and in negotiations for contract variances such as extensions of time.
• Maintain and track contractual records and communications.
• Monitor project schedule and cashflow to avoid overruns.
• Ensure timely issuance of Insurance Certificates and Bank Guarantees and their cancellations.
• Monitor preparation of progress invoices and ensure timely cash collection.
• Support in subcontract negotiations and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely responses to client communications and audit requirements.
• Attend client and subcontractor meetings and record minutes.
