The role emphasizes onboarding, employment contracts, visa processing and renewals for mainland operations, payroll inputs and benefits coordination, vendor contracts and procurement, as well as bookkeeping, invoicing and budgeting to keep operations compliant and efficient.

• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, supplier relationships
• Manage onboarding of the company as a vendor
• Support bookkeeping, invoice tracking, purchase orders
• Maintain accurate operational budgets, cost tracking

This role will cover HR, Legal, Office Management and Finance.
