A1 Properties in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Off-Plan Team Leader to drive growth of its off-plan division. You will manage and mentor a team of property consultants, focusing on off-plan residential sales, guiding negotiations with developers, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales cycle from launch to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of off-plan real estate experience in Dubai as Team Lead or Manager.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of a property consultants team.
• Strong record of meeting off-plan sales targets.
• Knowledge of Dubai off-plan developers, projects, and payment plans.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM proficiency and reporting knowledge.
• Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• RERA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve team and individual off-plan sales targets monthly and quarterly.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to handover.
• Mentor and train consultants; conduct daily briefings and strategy sessions.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and manage pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with developers, investors, and end users.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and UAE regulations.
