Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeking experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our multinational real estate team. You will work with fresh leads and investment-focused clients to drive off-plan sales in a Dubai market.

We prize ambitious, results-driven professionals with proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience and a strong sales track record. Dubai-based candidates only. We provide ongoing training and full marketing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers and new property launches
• Proven sales track record
• Experience working with fresh leads and investor clients
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client acquisition and conversion skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
