Job summary

123Dubai is seeking an experienced Off Plan Advisor in Dubai to lead and grow our off plan sales division. You will manage key developer relationships, guide clients through the off plan purchasing process, and drive team performance.

Responsibilities include leading a team of consultants, achieving targets, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at launches and events. Strong English communication and a RERA certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of off plan real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• RERA certification is required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ensure CRM is maintained accurately with all client and deal information

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in off plan real estate sales in Dubai
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan market, major developers, and key projects
• RERA certification required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
