Job summary

Exclusive Links Real Estate Brokers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Off Plan Property Advisor to join our Off Plan Investment Team. You will assess buyer needs, explain options, and guide clients through the reservation and documentation.

You will build relationships with developers, stay updated on launches and incentives, and generate business through referrals, your network, and company inquiries. You will use KEYFLOW CRM to track next steps and stay proactive.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Off Plan Property Advisor

Exclusive Links is looking for an Off Plan Property Advisor to join our Off Plan Investment Team. We want someone who can build trust quickly, understand what a buyer is trying to achieve and recommend the right opportunity with confidence and honesty.

Our advisors do more than present the latest launch. They compare developments, explain the detail behind the numbers and stay close to clients throughout the purchase journey. With Sales, Leasing, Property Management and Vacation Homes under one roof, we can continue supporting clients long after they reserve a property.

Your role

• Qualify buyers and investors by understanding their budget, timescale, purpose of purchase and decision-making process.
• Recommend suitable developments and explain locations, developers, pricing, payment plans, completion dates and potential risks clearly.
• Build relationships with developers and stay informed about launches, availability, incentives and construction progress.
• Generate business through company enquiries, your own prospecting, referrals and an active professional network.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and site visits; guide buyers from initial enquiry through reservation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and clear next steps in KEYFLOW, our in-house CRM. Follow up consistently and take ownership of every opportunity in your pipeline.
• Work with colleagues across the business when clients need advice on a ready property, mortgage, leasing, property management or vacation homes.
• Represent Exclusive Links with the professionalism, transparency and client care on which our reputation is built.

What you bring

• Sales experience and the drive to build a successful career in Dubai real estate. Dubai off-plan experience is preferred.
• A genuine interest in the market and the discipline to learn developments in detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex choices simply.
• The confidence to create your own opportunities as well as convert company enquiries.
• Excellent organisation, prompt follow-up and consistent CRM habits.
• A client-first approach: you are comfortable advising someone to wait or choose a different property when that is the right recommendation.
