Job summary

123Dubai is seeking an experienced Off Plan Advisor in Dubai to lead the off plan sales division and grow the business. You will manage key developer relationships, guide clients through the off plan purchase process, and drive team performance.

You will work with top Dubai developers, mentor consultants, and represent the company at launches and expos. A strong background in off plan real estate sales and a RERA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in off plan real estate sales in Dubai.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan market, major developers, and key projects.
• RERA certification required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
