Job summary

International Uniforms LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accountant Admin Assistant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across ERP-based financial workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounting, at least 1 year with Odoo ERP, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with strong Excel skills and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (highly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Office Suite
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and journals.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Perform bank and supplier account reconciliations.
• Coordinate ERP-based accounting processes with management.
• Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
• Assist with procurement, inventory, HR coordination.
• Handle general office administration and reporting.
• Support management with day-to-day operational needs.
