The role focuses on daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth financial operations through Odoo, with growth into more senior roles based on performance.

• 4–5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Solid practical experience with Odoo ERP and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage month-end close, reconciliations, and audits.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day accounting using Odoo ERP.
• Handle AP/AR activities and vendor communications.
• Record invoices, bills, credits, and payments.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Identify process improvements and optimize Odoo configurations.
