The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, have 2–3 years of UAE‑based accounting experience, and possess strong Excel skills along with good communication

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Understanding of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Odoo ERP.
• Process sales and supplier invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Assist in AP and AR functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain VAT records and assist VAT returns.
• Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Support audits with required financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Odoo ERP.
• Process sales invoices, supplier invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain VAT records and assist in VAT return submissions.
• Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and overdue balances.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
