Worth Alliance Shipping LLC in Dubai seeks an Ocean Freight Sales Executive to acquire and grow importer/exporter accounts. You will coordinate quotations with pricing and operations, negotiate terms and convert opportunities into recurring, profitable customers.

The role is business-development oriented, not just customer service, and requires 2–5 years UAE freight-forwarding sales experience, strong prospecting and closing skills, and English proficiency. UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years UAE freight-forwarding or logistics sales experience.
• Experience selling to importers/exporters and trading companies.
• Solid knowledge of ocean freight, FCL and LCL.
• Understanding of Incoterms, carrier charges and documentation.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and profitable business.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with LinkedIn and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ocean-freight business from UAE importers and exporters.
• Qualify prospects and coordinate with pricing and operations teams.
• Arrange telephone calls, online meetings and customer visits.
• Understand shipment requirements, Incoterms, origin/destination, and docs.
• Coordinate with pricing/ops to prepare viable quotations.
• Follow up from initial contact to booking and activation.
• Negotiate rates while protecting margins.
• Build relationships with decision-makers for repeat business.
• Maintain leads, opportunities, quotations and CRM updates.
• Monitor payment performance and account profitability.
• Achieve monthly targets for opportunities and new customers.
