Job summary

HealthHub in Dubai seeks a DHA-licensed senior nurse leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team and ensure high‑quality patient care. You will drive staffing, onboarding, mentoring and performance support while supporting physicians in clinical procedures and maintaining DHA standards.

The role emphasizes clinic operations, medication management, patient safety, and continuous improvement within a modern JVC facility. Fluency in Arabic and Tagalog is valued.

Qualifications

• DHA Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Previous UAE healthcare experience.
• Experience managing nursing rosters, staffing, and clinic operations.
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS/PALS desirable.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals.
• Manage daily staffing allocation and workflow planning.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and performance support.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of nursing team members.
• Monitor clinic performance and drive continuous improvement.
