Job summary

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health in Dubai, seeks a Head Nurse to lead the nursing team at a modern multidisciplinary clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory, with responsibilities spanning clinical leadership, operations, and patient care.

You will work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care, safety, and KPI performance while driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• DHA Licensed Registered Nurse required with UAE healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
• BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS/PALS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of nursing professionals.
• Manage daily staffing allocation, nurse scheduling, and workflow planning.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance support to nursing staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of nursing team members.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive and collaborative clinical culture.
• Ensure safe, effective patient care and compliance with DHA regulations.
