Job summary

HealthHub in Dubai seeks a DHA-licensed senior nurse leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team and ensure high‑quality patient care. You will drive staffing, onboarding, mentoring and performance support while supporting physicians in clinical procedures and maintaining DHA standards.

The role emphasizes clinic operations, medication management, patient safety, and continuous improvement within a modern JVC facility. Fluency in Arabic and Tagalog is valued.

Qualifications

• DHA Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Previous UAE healthcare experience.
• Experience managing nursing rosters, staffing, and clinic operations.
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS/PALS desirable.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience.

Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals
• Manage daily staffing allocation and workflow planning

Clinical Operations

• Ensure safe, effective and evidence-based nursing care
• Support physicians during consultations and clinical procedures
• Maintain compliance with DHA requirements, infection control standards and patient safety protocols
• Oversee medication management, documentation and quality assurance activities
• Monitor clinical KPIs and support departmental performance goals

Patient Care

• Ensure excellent patient experience and continuity of care
• Support patients with chronic disease management and health education
• Respond appropriately to clinical incidents and escalates where required

Requirements

• DHA Licensed Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 5 years' clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity such as Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Team Leader, Nurse Manager, Clinic Nurse Lead
• Previous UAE healthcare experience
• Experience managing nursing rosters, staffing, and clinic operations
• BLS certification (mandatory)
