Job summary

HealthHub Clinics by Al-Futtaim seeks an experienced Head Nurse to lead our nursing operations at the JVC clinic in Dubai. The role requires clinical leadership, staffing oversight, and a focus on patient care and service excellence.

Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory, with a DHA license, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 5+ years of clinical experience including 2+ years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

• DHA-licensed registered nurse with UAE clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Supervisor, Manager).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing team.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow; mentor staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of nurses.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
