Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead post-sale relationships with advertisers across the MENA market. You will collaborate with ad ops, product and R&D teams to ensure campaign success, guide inventory, and deliver data-driven insights to clients.

Expect a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you provide strategic solutions, optimize campaigns, and support pre-sale research with the sales team. Arabic and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• High oral and written fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management/client services in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience managing performance advertisers with understanding of their challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
• Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Guide inventory allocation with internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze ad campaigns and proactively improve results.
• Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
• Proficient in campaign setup and optimization; analyze data to provide insights and improve offerings.
• Share marketplace feedback and guide advertising strategy.
• Support and collaborate with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitches.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term client relationships with sales collaboration.
