Qualifications

• 5+ years in NOC, infrastructure operations, or related IT experience.
• Experience serving in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity.
• Proven experience managing incidents and escalations.
• Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support NOC engineers through regular one-on-ones and performance discussions.
• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations and ensure SLAs are met.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and coordinate technical resources during major incidents.
• Enhance runbooks, processes, and documentation to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Provide clear communication to clients and leadership during critical events.
