Job summary
XAD Technologies LTD is seeking a Senior Manager for IT NOC in Abu Dhabi, leading 24/7 network operations and ensuring high availability of enterprise IT services. The role demands senior leadership, advanced monitoring, and strong stakeholder engagement to align operations with business objectives.
You will oversee incident management, drive continuous improvement, and maintain governance and ITIL practices across the NOC and related IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT Operations / NOC environments.
- Experience with enterprise networks and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools.
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 monitoring and support for networks, systems, servers, and applications.
- Lead incident, escalation, and problem management for rapid SLA compliance.
- Manage NOC teams and develop capabilities.
- Interface with IT teams, leadership, vendors and providers.
- Drive process optimization, automation, tooling enhancements.
- Oversee performance reporting, risk identification and service optimization.
- Ensure readiness for disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Maintain governance, compliance, and ITIL alignment.
