Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking a Network Operations Center specialist in Dubai to serve as the first contact for incidents. You will monitor performance metrics, identify anomalies, and coordinate rapid resolutions to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include collaborating with field technicians and engineers, preparing detailed incident reports, and documenting root causes with preventative measures to improve future responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for network incidents and ensure rapid response.
• Monitor network performance metrics, identify anomalies, and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with field technicians and engineers for on-site escalation when needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and analyze root causes to prevent recurrence.
