Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking an experienced NOC Manager to lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers in Dubai, ensuring reliable operations and SLAs across client environments. You will coordinate major incidents, drive improvements, and communicate critical updates to clients and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of NOC, infrastructure operations, or related IT experience
• Experience serving in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity
• Proven experience managing incidents and escalations
• Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• ITIL knowledge or certification
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, ITIL Foundation, Azure Network Engineer, or AWS Networking
