Job summary

Inches and Feet Building Contracting LLC seeks an experienced NOC Lead to ensure continuous availability of critical infrastructure in a 24/7 Dubai operation. You will supervise incident response, drive SOP development, and coordinate with engineering for maintenance and upgrades.

You will monitor network health, manage security events, and ensure documentation is current, while mentoring junior staff and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar IT infra role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, switching and network security.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 NOC.
• English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the NOC to ensure continuous availability and performance of critical infrastructure.
• Lead incident response efforts coordinating teams to diagnose and resolve outages and degradations.
• Develop and implement SOPs for routine NOC tasks and escalation protocols.
• Monitor network health, security events, and system performance using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to plan changes, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Manage communications during major incidents with clear updates to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior NOC staff to foster learning and growth.
• Analyze network performance data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
