Job summary

Norconsult Telematics in Dubai is seeking a Senior Advisor to act as the principal strategic and technical sounding board for the VP of Network Operations. You will orchestrate operational excellence, guiding the transition from legacy systems to a zero-touch, autonomous architecture targeting ANL 4 maturity.

You will evaluate trends, govern cross-domain frameworks, and lead the NOC modernization across eight domains, ensuring continuous, cost-efficient network reliability and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a telecommunications/engineering field.
• Master’s degree (M.Sc./MBA) preferred.
• 20+ years in telecom/ICT with 5+ years in executive advisory roles.
• Experience leading large-scale network modernization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Advise VP of Network Operations on long-term strategy and investments.
• Translate trends (6G, edge, network slicing) into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead transformation of the NOC to a unified, autonomous operation model.
• Oversee Major Incident Management and cross-domain coordination.
• Drive AIOps deployment for real-time anomaly detection and predictive scaling.
• Ensure AI governance, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
