Job summary

Inches and Feet Building Contracting LLC seeks an experienced NOC Lead to ensure continuous availability of critical infrastructure in a 24/7 Dubai operation. You will supervise incident response, drive SOP development, and coordinate with engineering for maintenance and upgrades.

You will monitor network health, manage security events, and ensure documentation is current, while mentoring junior staff and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar IT infra role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, switching and network security.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 NOC.
• English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar IT infrastructure role
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security principles
• Proven experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose complex network issues
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, especially under pressure during critical incidents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by a 24/7 NOC operation
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
