Job summary

Uasmart currently seeks a NOC Engineer – Enterprise Operations in Sharjah, UAE, to monitor and support enterprise infrastructure across web apps, APIs, networks, and Windows servers. The role requires 6+ years in NOC or enterprise monitoring, hands-on Site24x7, and ITSM experience with BMC Helix or Remedy.

You will perform first-line troubleshooting, incident management, and 24×7 shift coverage, including nights and weekends, while maintaining accurate documentation and SLA updates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in NOC or Enterprise Infrastructure Monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Site24x7 or equivalent monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Helix or BMC Remedy.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, routing, and switching.
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, SSL/TLS, and application monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Willingness to work 24×7 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise websites, applications, APIs, network devices, Windows servers, and cloud services.
• Use Site24x7 and enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., OpManager, AppDynamics).
• Validate alerts and perform first-line troubleshooting.
• Escalate incidents based on severity and business impact.
• Manage incidents using ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Helix/Remedy/Service Management).
• Monitor website and application availability and performance.
• Monitor APIs, SSL certificates, DNS, response times, and synthetic transactions.
• Perform basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for incident resolution.
• Maintain shift handovers and operational documentation.
• Prepare incident reports and SLA/KPI updates.
