Job summary

MyHTP Tech in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a NOC Engineer with 5+ years of enterprise monitoring experience to ensure high availability and performance across our infrastructure. You will monitor websites, apps, APIs, and network devices, triage incidents, and coordinate with resolver teams.

You will use Site24x7, ManageEngine, and ITSM platforms to manage incidents, document investigations, and drive continuous improvement in CSI initiatives. This is a 24x7 on-site role with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a NOC or enterprise monitoring/operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools (Site24x7, ManageEngine, AppDynamics).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (BMC Remedy/Helix/ServiceNow).
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, Windows server knowledge and ability to triage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise websites, apps, APIs, network devices, Windows servers, and cloud services.
• Validate alerts, perform first-line diagnostics, and execute approved recovery actions.
• Create and manage incidents in ITSM platforms, ensuring SLAs and ITIL adherence.
• Coordinate with resolver teams and vendors for rapid incident resolution.
• Document troubleshooting evidence and contribute to CSI and playbook improvements.
