Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking a Network Operations Center specialist in Dubai to serve as the first contact for incidents. You will monitor performance metrics, identify anomalies, and coordinate rapid resolutions to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include collaborating with field technicians and engineers, preparing detailed incident reports, and documenting root causes with preventative measures to improve future responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.
