Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in authority liaison, stakeholder coordination, or NOC management.
• Strong experience handling approval processes for infrastructure and building projects in Dubai.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic skills considered an advantage.
