Job summary

Parsons in Dubai seeks an Associate NOC Coordinator to support RTA projects. You will liaise with government agencies, track NOC submissions, and prepare weekly progress reports.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical degree, fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ experience, excellent English, a UAE driving license, and access to a car for frequent travel to government offices and service authorities. On-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are suitable.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Access to a car due to travel to government offices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies, service authorities, and client teams to obtain required approvals and NOC certificates.
• Support the design team throughout the NOC submission and approval process.
• Attend project kick-off, design coordination, and progress meetings.
• Monitor drawings and documentation for NOC submissions.
• Check submission documentation for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Assist project teams in securing approvals within project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients on NOC-related requirements.
• Liaise with UAE authorities to address queries and resolve issues.
• Track utility NOC applications and progress through completion.
• Review schedules to identify potential NOC delays or deviations.
• Recommend corrective actions to keep designs on track.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and improve the NOC process.
• Gather information from government agencies, consultants, and contractors for reporting.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly progress reports and documentation.
• Provide NOC status updates during project meetings and follow up on actions.
